Lazy Meal

I tried a very simple dish tonight, tomato eggs, which turns out very nice and sweet! See the recipe here.

Blueberry muffins!

I have my own Saturday kitchen this weekend, trying out James Martin's blueberry muffins, see the recipe here. I bought more blueberries than the recipe asked for and thought it does not matter . However I found out that too much is not necessary a good thing :) Its a bit runny and blueberries everywhere!

Sweet & Sour Pork
