Tuesday - Run (30 min)
Wednesday - Run (35 min)
Thursday - Run (40 min)
Friday - Steps (20 rounds) Swim (10 min)
Saturday - Swim (30 min)
Sunday - Rest
ok, this will be viv's last training log, coz Viv has completed her target of 14 weeks of training for her Mt Kinabalu climb. but do not worry, viv is still currently do her training regularly, it has become part of her daily routine :)
