Training Log - Week 11 & 12

Week 11:
Monday - Body Pump
Tuesday - RPM
Wednesday - Body Pump
Thursday - Rest
Friday - Swim (30 min)
Saturday - Run (30 min)
Sunday - Bike (1hour) in the morning; Run (40min) in the evening

Week 12:
Monday - Run (35 min)
Tuesday - Rest
Wednesday - Rest
Thursday - Swim (30 min)
Friday - Rest
Saturday - Rest
Sunday - Bike (40 min); Beach jogging (30 min)

Since i am staying at a beach resort on week 12, so i try to jog on the beach. Its really tiring, coz my feet tend to sink into the sands, and also because of shore's slope. Not to mention that it took me about half an hour to clean my sports shoe after that :( Till now, there's still some left over sands in my shoes, hehe...
