Here's my lousy training on week 2 & 3 because of cny mood, hehe. But yours truly are back to full action this week...
Week 2:
Monday - Running (20min), Body Pump
Wednesday - Running (15min), Step
Week 3:
Tuesday - Running (20 min), Walking (20 min)
Sunday - Swimming (30 min)
Hehe, really pai seh for this lousy log. Oh... but wait, I got one big achievement, that is i managed to swim one lap of 50m without stopping :)
