Monday - Running (20min), Body Pump
Tuesday - Running (20min), RPM
Wednesday - Running (10min), Step
Tuesday - rest day
Friday - Swim (30 min), managed to swim 3 x 50m, hehe, but not non-stop of course...
Saturday - Rest day
Sunday - Biking (40min), my first offroad ride =) very very interesting
