a ride at Desaru
Viv borrowed a bike from generous W-LJ and brought it to the place where she work, on and off about 1.5 month already ;) Here is a good place for cycling, many singaporeans come here to cycle during weekends. When Viv is staying at Desaru last two week, she took the opportunity to cycle along the desaru stretch. It was a fun ride... under the sun, sea breeze, soft white sand beach, nice blue sea, cheeky monkeys, greenish golf course, fresh air... where can we find all these in KL huh???

Week 11:
Monday - Body Pump
Tuesday - RPM
Wednesday - Body Pump
Thursday - Rest
Friday - Swim (30 min)
Saturday - Run (30 min)
Sunday - Bike (1hour) in the morning; Run (40min) in the evening
Week 12:
Monday - Run (35 min)
Tuesday - Rest
Wednesday - Rest
Thursday - Swim (30 min)
Friday - Rest
Saturday - Rest
Sunday - Bike (40 min); Beach jogging (30 min)
Since i am staying at a beach resort on week 12, so i try to jog on the beach. Its really tiring, coz my feet tend to sink into the sands, and also because of shore's slope. Not to mention that it took me about half an hour to clean my sports shoe after that :( Till now, there's still some left over sands in my shoes, hehe...
